Cybecs Security Solutions Ltd ("Cybecs," "we," "us") is an Israeli-founded cybersecurity company serving organizations locally and internationally. This policy explains what information cybecs.com collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website only, not to services delivered separately under a client engagement.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly through our website forms:
- Contact form: name, work email, company, and the message you submit.
- Careers form: name, email, area of interest, optional LinkedIn URL, an optional message, and the CV/resume file you upload.
These forms are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that transmits your submission to us by email. We do not operate our own form-processing infrastructure, and the website itself does not retain a persistent copy of what you submit — see Recruitment and CV Submissions below for how this applies to job applications specifically.
We do not collect payment information, and we do not operate e-commerce or checkout functionality on this website.
Service providers
We use a limited number of third-party service providers to operate this website: a hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) to serve the site, and a form-delivery provider (Web3Forms) to route form submissions to us by email. We do not use these providers' data for advertising, and we do not sell information to them or anyone else.
International transfers
Our hosting and form-delivery providers operate global infrastructure, so information you submit may be processed on servers located outside Israel. We rely on these providers' own data-protection commitments and select providers with recognized security practices. We do not represent that information submitted through this website always remains within Israel.
Cookies and similar technology
This website shows a cookie/consent banner with three categories: Necessary, Analytics, and Functional. As of the effective date below, we do not load any Analytics or Functional tracking scripts on this website regardless of your consent choice — the categories exist to govern tools we may enable in the future. Your consent preference itself is stored in your browser's local storage, not as a tracking cookie, and is not transmitted to us. If we begin using analytics or functional cookies, we will update this policy and the consent banner accordingly before doing so.
How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a job application, or otherwise fulfill the purpose you submitted it for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We retain information submitted through our contact form only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected — for example, for the duration of a sales conversation and any applicable business-record obligations. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details below. Recruitment submissions are addressed separately, immediately below.
Recruitment and CV Submissions
The careers form on this website is used only to route your application to Cybecs — the website does not maintain a candidate database. When you apply, your details and CV are transmitted to [email protected]; the website does not retain a persistent copy after that transmission.
Your application and CV may remain in Cybecs' corporate email environment for legitimate recruitment and business-record purposes after that point. We do not request sensitive information such as ID numbers, date of birth, health information, marital status, salary history, or demographic information as part of the application form.
You may request deletion of your application and CV from our corporate email environment at any time by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
