The cellular communications operator USCellular announces that customer information has been stolen by hackers
According to the report, hackers were able to trick some of the company’s employees and make them install Nozka on the office computer, and with its help, the hackers were able to remotely connect to the computer.
After connecting remotely , the hackers accessed the CRM system where customer information is managed and were exposed to customer information such as: names, addresses, phone numbers, invoices, service plans and more.
However, the company notes that customer credit numbers were not exposed to hackers.
