Aruba Networks has issued a security advisory to notify customers of six critical vulnerabilities affecting multiple versions of ArubaOS
The US Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has released ‘Decider’, an open source tool that helps security professionals quickly generate MITER ATT&CK mapping reports.
By having a common standard, organizations can quickly share comprehensive and accurate information about newly discovered or emerging threats and help delay their effectiveness.
The tool asks user-directed questions about observed adversary activity and generates the corresponding MITER ATT&CK report.
As CISA explains in a fact sheet published alongside the Decider publication, MITER ATT&CK mapping reports can help transition to the next stages of a threat response, including:
Visualization of findings in ATT&CK Navigator
Sharing findings with others by publishing threat intelligence reports
Finding sensors and analyzes to identify these techniques
Discovering contraceptives that help prevent from techniques
to act in the first place.
